Q: who are you?
A: i'm callie, a thirty-something artist in the midwest figuring out life.

Q: what does unlucky cat mean?

Q: what is your return policy?
A: for merch items:

"Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery."

A: for originals:
once an item is purchased, there are no returns or refunds. i do my best to make sure everything is in tiptop shape, but after all, i'm only human. if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me and we will figure it out together!

Q: do you offer payment plans?
A: YES -- in an effort for my work to be more accessible, there is an option for Affirm or Shop Pay at checkout. i love that you love my art so much that you're willing to split it up into multiple payments!

How The Print Club Works: 

Each month, you will get a cool letter from me after subscribing! Envelopes are sent via USPS, meaning a standard mail stamp- they are not track-able!
  • Join on or before the 14th: You receive that month's edition:
    • Example: If you subscribed December 15th to January 14th you would get January's edition.

  • Join After the 14th: Your first mailer will arrive the following month. 
    • Example: If you subscribed on January 15th or later (after the cut off) you would receive February's edition. 

All mail is shipped on the 15th of every month. If perhaps the 14th falls on a Sunday or holiday, it will be mailed the following business day. Please keep in mind that I am only human and things can happen -- I will do my best to notify you if there is a delay for any reason! Sign up for emails to stay in the know ;)
