Q: who are you?
A: i'm callie, a thirty-something artist in the midwest figuring out life.

Q: what does unlucky cat mean?
A: how much time do you have? i wrote a lil post that you can check out here !

Q: what is your return policy?
A: for merch items:

"Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery."

A: for originals:
once an item is purchased, there are no returns or refunds. i do my best to make sure everything is in tiptop shape, but after all, i'm only human. if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me and we will figure it out together!

Q: do you offer payment plans?
A: YES -- in an effort for my work to be more accessible, there is an option for Affirm or Shop Pay at checkout. i love that you love my art so much that you're willing to split it up into multiple payments!
